Chau Pham

Co-advised by Dr. Ashton and Dr. Liza Comita, she conducted her senior thesis on the relationship between diversity and biomass in a mixed dipterocarp forest of Sri Lanka. She is currently a PhD student at the University of Minnesota, where she does research on the tropical dry forests of Vietnam - her home country.

2019

Romy Carpenter

As an undergrad at Yale, I studied Ecology & Evolutionary Biology. My research took place in a chronosequence of irregular shelterwood harvests in Yale-Myers Forest where soil analyses provided a timeline for soil nutrients replenishing under the partial canopies of the shelterwoods.
